            Description

            The Ioctl command 

            EDD_IOCTL_SET_PORT_MAUTYPE_REQ (0xa1c)

            is rejected with error 

            HAL_EDD_ACCESS_INVALID (0x5902)

            when trying to set MDI-X and fix speed/duplex configuration.

            Actually, all configuration cobinations shall be possible. The only exceptions is: if auto-negotiation is used, the MDI mode must be "auto" as well.
