Port information is not filled properly in case frame is routed from 2nd to 1st chassis

            Description

            The function HalEdd_2PS_SendFromSecondToFirstChassis() does not fill the port information (ulPortNo) in the additional frame data structure.

            This might lead to undefined behavior in the receiving application on the 1st chassis side.
