            Description

            Deactivation of an Ethernet port using one of the following commands:

            HALEDD_2PS_IOCTL_DISABLE_PHY_1
            HALEDD_2PS_IOCTL_DISABLE_PHY_2

            does not work if the correponding port was not configured before by ioctl EDD_IOCTL_SET_CONNECTION_TYPE_REQ.

            Disabling the ports shall not depend on the "set connnection type" ioctl.
