Description
Enable the second chassis interface in 2 Port Switch via IOCTL to enable Raw Ethernet functionality. The driver has to distinguish between the two interfaces then which are assigned different MAC addresses. This includes some changes in allocating/Freeing frame buffers and needs an implementation to properly route packets between the two interfaces, from those interfaces to the network and vice versa.

Along with this, do some cleanup/moudularization of the component and consider to implement a second level of multicast MAC filtering to avoid cyclic EIP I/O data to be expensively routed towards the host interface.
