New password policy feature required
1. Update Webserver in PSEISV5 5.6.0.x and trunk
2.. Update AuthManager in PSEISV5 5.6.0.x and trunk
3. Keep PSEIP core project consistent
Take integration guide into account (as distributed with the component)
4. Add the following migration note:
| The integrated AuthenticationManager and Webserver components have been extensively revised. In addition to a new password policy, a session-based user authentication mechanism has been introduced. ■ These changes have a major impact on the Packet API and the Webserver REST API, and may affect existing integrations and interfaces. ■ A thorough review and adaptation of affected implementations is therefore strongly recommended. Please consult the updated documentation for both components carefully before performing any update or migration ("Authentication Manager - Migration Notes" and "Web Server Migration Integration Guide") |
