Provide more Changelogs when distributing EISV5 firmware

Current project distribution delivers some changelogs. However, customers request changelogs of more components to be distributed.

Thus, the following changelogs shall be provided on project distribution:

Note that the EtherNet/IP related changelogs (EISV5, EIP-CORE) will be generated by CI/CD system and thus do not need to be handled here.
