Description
CT21 checks if the DUT accepts Class D and Class E addresses for attr. 5 TCP/IP Object.
The spec itself is not entirely clear/slightly contradictory if Class E values should be accepted or not, but with there now being a specific test case for it, the intent is clear now.
Acceptance Criteria:
DUT passes CT21 TCP/IP tests or fails with no related warnings/errors.
This behavior shall be consistent between setting the value via CIP and DHCP.
Note: this issue is fixed with PSEIP-972.
