            Description

            GenAP fragmentation requires the configuration parameter tAcyclic.ulFragmentationQueueLen to be set properly to allocate buffers for service fragmentations. 
            The parameter is currently set to zero for both channel0 and channel1

            One usecase for GenAP fragmentation, is AUTHMGR_CRTDB_DOWNLOAD_AND_INSTALL_KEY_REQ (channel 1)
