Description
When setting a PHY to a fix connection mode (e.g. 100MBits/Full Duplex) and at the same time setting the MDI mode to either "MDI" or "MDI-X", the speed/duplex settings will be applied correctly, but the PHY will always use AUTO-MDIX.
