Device replies to ARP requests, before ACD IP probing is finished (certification issue)

      Description

      The device sends ARP responses using an IP address for which ACD probing phase has not finished yet.

      Observed behavior:

      • Device is is configured to obtain its IP via DHCP.
      • ACD is enabled.
      • Device has successfully applied the IP configuration received from the DHCP server.
      • After unplug/plug of the network cable the device sends DHCP DISCOVERY frames again to again obtain an IP address.
      • When sending an ARP "Who has" request to the device, the device does answer this ARP request before the actual ACD probing in finished.
        The device is shall not use the IP address before ACD probing is done.
