GENAP_GET_COMPONENT_IDS_REQ (0xAD00) service delivers an incorrect remanent data size

The GenAp service GENAP_GET_COMPONENT_IDS response incorrectly reports a remanent data size of 2028 bytes for the EIP component.

Details:
The reported remanent size actually belongs to the security firmware and is not related to EISv3. This misreporting could lead to confusion or misconfiguration when interpreting component memory usage.

Expected Behavior:
The remanent data size for the EIP component should accurately reflect its own memory usage which can be the REM_SIZE_BASE_FW or REM_SIZE_EXTENDED_FW.
