Support taglist entry HIL_TAG_LWIP_QUANTITY_STRUCTURE (0x10e90002) for all firmwares that provided the SOCKET API interface

            Description

            Currently, the taglist entry is missing for the netX52 based firmwares.
            This tag list entry shall be added to all netX52 based firmwares:

            • netX52 - X070H000.nxf
            • netX52 single port - X170H000.nxf
            • netRAPID52 - R070H000.nxf

            The upper limit for parallel services shall be 16 (default 8).
            The upper limit for the number of sockets shall be 4  (default 4).
