      Description

The CIP SNMP Object has been implemented with PSEIP-264.
However, the specification was misinterpreted. There is no requirement to support the SNMP Object when supporting the LLDP Object.

Since the SNMP Object comes with many requirements regarding specific SNMP MIBs (which are not that easy to fullfil), we decided to remove the SNMP object.
The SNMP protocol itself will be kept active and will be directly bound to the LLDP object, as LLDP neighbor information shall still be available via the SNMP LLDP MIB.
