[DHCP] Transaction field (XID) of DHCP header behaves incorrectly (certification issue)

            Description

            The XID value of the DHCP-REQUEST message does not match the XID value of the DHCP-OFFER message.

             

            This is required by RFC2131 (4.4.1 "Initialization and allocation of network address"):
