Have a vendor-specific "Version Information/Diagnostics" CIP object

Suggested by Kai, it could be helpful to have a version info/diagnosis CIP object which exposes the following information at the CIP level:

• Firmware Name
• Firmware Version
• Stack Core Version
• Operating System Name/Version
• IP Stack Name/Version
• AP Task Name/Version
• Build Date, Build Type(debug or release variant), Build User(to distinguish buildmachine and local builds)
• System Uptime
• Hilscher Device Capabilities: Has FileSystem/Has NDIS/Has Crypto

No suitable object class is specified, we will have to define a vendor-specific object. List can still be extended.
