Object dictionary rejects Set_Attribtue_Single service with status "Attribtue not Supported" in case the attribtue's data variable is initialized with NULL.

Initializing the attribute data pointer with NULL does not necessarily mean that the attribtue is not supported. Rather take the attribute flags into account.
