Creating the TimeSync object a second time leads to deletion of assembly object within the CIP object dictionary

If the application calls the create function of the time sync object twice, the seconds call is answered with error ERR_EIP_OBJECT_CLASS_ALLREADY_EXIST, but in addition the first created object class within the CIP object dictionary is deleted as well.
