Correct module information in file header of nxf/nxi files for all firmwares

Channel sizes should be given without sizes of the system and handshake channels.
Single port firmwares should have only one XC used.
netX52 firmwares show two channels used where only one is used.
netX90/4000 firmwares only have one module info but provide two channels.
