Identity object, Attribute Product Name Maximum length off by one

CIP_ID_MAX_PRODUKTNAME_LEN is defined das 32, the corresponding type is CIP_SHORTSTRING encoding the one byte length specifier in the first byte. All size checks are off by one. Previous version should be inspected whether or not it also is affected.
