            Description

            As an example, the valid command code (EIP_OBJECT_MR_REGISTER_REQ) with invalid packet length (0) will be replied to with status code ERR_HIL_INVALID_PACKET_LEN and command code EIP_OBJECT_MR_REGISTER_REQ, but should be replied to with command code EIP_OBJECT_MR_REGISTER_CNF.
