netX90/4000: Watchdog error is not reset on channel init

If a watchdog timeout condition occurs, a subsequent channel initialization is supposed to clear the watchdog error status and bring the device back into a normal operation state. This is not done by the current implementation of GCI-based firmwares and needs correction.
