Writing to TCP/IP Interface Object attribtue 5 leads to unexpected re-configuration of TCP stack

      Description

      If attribute 5 data is read from the device and this exact same data is used to write attribute 5 again, the device closes the TCP connection and re-configures itself.

      Expected behavior is: the device does not re-configure the tcp stack as the set configuration is already in use.
