      Description

Currently, the firmware starts up and goes into the state "Standby", which mean the module status LED is flashing green and the network status LED is OFF.
As soon as the host application provides the configuration, the self test sequence is started.
Usually, the host application provides the configuration fast enough so that only the self test seuquence is visible. But in case the host application needs more time for its initialization, the module LED would flash green for a short moment. This would not comply to the CIP specification (see CIP Volume 1 Edition 3.22, Figure 5A-2.2 State Transition Diagram for Identity Object).
