Plugfest 2017: EDITT Test P9.3 fails due to missing CIP service response (EDITT V1.23)

During the test run, one of the class3 CIP services is not answered.

This is what the test case does:

• Open 2 Class 3 connections to the DUT over each of the 3 host IP addresses:
  • Get Attribute Single command to attributes 2 and 3 of instance 1 of the Identity Object.
  • 100 msec RPI
• Make sure all connections were established.
• Sustain the messaging for a period of 2 minutes, watching for connection failures or message timeouts.
• Send a UCMM message to attribute 4 of the Identity Object every 500 msec rotating through the 3 host IP addresses.
• Verify that the data returned on all message responses matches the Identity information settings configured for the DUT.
• Close all Class 3 connections.
