ACD - Successful defend does not remanently store the "Last Conflict" attribute of the TCP/IP object (plugfest)

            Description

            For the configuration variant "database", in the case of an ACD conflict, where our device successfully defends its IP address, the "Last Conflict" attribute is either not set at all, or it is not stored over a power cycle. The ACD Test Tool (Test case P8.5.9) at the Plugfest emitted an error message similar too "HardwareType field is zero" and we failed the ACD test for this reason.
