      Description

Reset handling typically has the following ordering of operations:

      1) Restore remanent data to factory defaults (type1 reset only)

      2) Reply to the service request

      3) ChannelInit/Reconfigure (ordering depends on used packet set)

So we definetly should send (enqueue) the reply message, before calling the channel init callback (which itslef enqueues a bus-off job) in function EipAp_CipServiceIndication_HandleReset() if no host application is registered.
