      Description

The encapsulation inactivity timer is responsible for closing unused encapsulation sessions and its related TCP connection.

The default timeout value is 120seconds and can be configured via TCP/IP Interface object's attribute 13.
Currently the timeout timer for a session is not started at all. So after the given timeout time the session is still open.
