Wrong evaluation of transport type / trigger / class in ForwardOpen for implicit connections

During the evaluation of the forward open message, the triggertype field is not evaluated correctly.

This issue was discovered by the CT14 Tool which reported the following error message:

6321      2> *** The DUT returned unexpected General Status 0x1 Extended Status 0x103 for T->O Production Trigger mismatching, expected General Status 0x01, Extended Status 0x138!
