            Description

            To detect whether or not received I/O data is valid (according to run/idle header) and to suppress clearing of input data to all zeroes when the connection is interruped. See linked ticket NXS-22087.

            These features are supported by the V2 stack and are marked as "todo" in PSEISV3. Please implement them.
