If TCP/IP Interface object's atrribute 1 reports "Valid configuration obtained by hardware settings", set services coming from the network and addressing attribute 5 shall be rejected with general status 0x0C (Object state conflict)

            If TCP/IP Interface object's atrribute 1 (interface configuration status) reports "Valid configuration obtained by hardware settings" (value 2), set services coming from the network (e.g. set attribute single) and addressing attribute 5 shall be rejected with general status 0x0C (Object state conflict)
