[DLR] Beacon timeout not handled properly when timeout occurrs on both ethernet ports simultaneously

If a beacon timeout occurrs on both ports simultaneously, the stack handles only one. Therefore, the "Network Topology" (attribute 1, DLR object) is still at "Ring" but should be "Linear".
