            Description

            The optional feature "Null Forward Open" shall be added.

            The Null Forward Open can be used to ping a device or the provide configuration to the device. More information can be found in the specification Volume 1 (section about forward open).

            Details on how this feature shall be implemented and what exactly shall be possible in terms of configuration (this also affects the API of the stack) are to be defined .
