[NXO] 2nd Ethernet Channel (Ethernet Interface) cannot be used when configured for NDIS

            Description

            If the EIS NXO file is loaded in DPM channel 0 and on DPM channel 1 the Ethernet Interface nxo is loaded with NDIS activated (taglist), the Ethernet Interface channel does not initilaize correctly and therefore cannot be used. The EIS module firmware itself works correctly.
