[QoS, CIP Sync] DSCP values of attribute 2 and 3 are applied automatically without type 0 reset (certification issue)

            Description

            When attribute 2 or 3 is set from the EtherNet/IP network, the new value is automatically applied to PTP2 Management Response and Delay_Req message which is incorrect.
            It must not be applied before the next power cycle or reset type 0.
