Device sets DSCP values in IP header to 0 after reset type 0 - QuickConnect Only (certification issue)

            Description

            In case of the EtherNet/IP device is QuickConnect capable, it can happen that the device sets the DSCP values within the IP header to 0 for all frame types.

            This happens only after the first type 0 reset. After all subsequence resets, the DSCP values are correct.
            This applies only to LFW or Shared Memory applications that do NOT store remanent data on its own.
