[CIFX50] Dual behavior after System Reset and Channel Init

Test Description:

Test .NXD configuration activation when only CONFIG.NXD file is loaded to device, NWID,NXD is missed and Channel Init / System Reset is executed.

Bug Description from Tester:
System Reset and Channel Init leads to two different behaviors when only CONFIG.NXD is loaded into device. Both System Reset and Channel Init should lead to the same behavior.
