            Description

            In case there is a duplicate IP address configured using Sycon.NET, the device will detect this and indicates the error via the communication error (DPM and the network and module LEDs. If then the IP address is changed in Sycon.NET in order to solve the IP address conflict and the configuration is downloaded again this will not solve the error state.
            The device does not detect any communication error, but remains without communication settings.
