            Description

            Ethernet link is sometimes not established in autoneg mode in case the link parter is configured to use 10MBit/s.

            The issue shows up sometimes when the device is connected to a PC during the manual Ethernet Link conformance test (CT12, 5.1 Ethernet Link Object Test Cases / 4.3.1 Test Assertion: Interface Speed – Attribute 1).
