Increase aging time of MAC address learning table to 30 seconds (certification issue)

Currently the aging time of the MAC address learning table is configured to be 120msec, which causes strange behavior during the DLR conformance test (Unicast frames are sent on both ports sometimes due to unfavorable connection settings).
Therefore, increase the aging time of the MAC address learning table to 30 seconds.
