Address conflict LED state is overwritten by closing class 3 connection (certification issue)

When an ACD conflict is detected and simultanuously a class 3 connection is running, the ACD LED state (NS solid red, MS falshing red) is overwritten. In that case the ACD state has higer priority and must not be overwritten.
