      Description

      Every EtherNet/IP device must perform a LED test sequence on startup (Module and network LEDs).
      This is done by the AP task of the stack automatically.
      However, if the overlying host application configured the stack very early after it signals to be ready (sending a Set_Config packet and performing a channel_init) this test sequence might be skipped which must be avoided.
