Packet EIP_OBJECT_CL3_SERVICE_IND: Missing reference value to service related class 3 connection.

The packet EIP_OBJECT_CL3_SERVICE_IND does currently not provide information about the class 3 connection this indication is related to.
Since incoming services need to be monitored by the application with respect to the sequence count, a connection reference value is needed to be able to distinguish between all open class 3 connections.
