I/O connections cannot be established when using parameter flag EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING

            Description

            If the option EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING (0x00000001) is enabled, I/O connection cannot be established.
            Also the indications EIP_OBJECT_FWD_OPEN_FWD_IND, EIP_OBJECT_FWD_CLOSE_FWD_IND and EIP_OBJECT_FWD_OPEN_FWD_COMPLETION_IND are not sent to the application.
