            Description

            A Get_Attribute_All service response from the TCP/IP Interface object holds the value 0x00 for the TTL attribute 8. Expected is value 0x01 as defined in the specification Vol2 Edition 1.19 page 98.
            This issue shows up only if the TTL attirbute 8 has not been activated by the host application (EIP_OBJECT_CIP_OBJECT_ATTRIBUTE_ACTIVATE_REQ - 0x00001AFC).
