Stack sends indication EIP_OBJECT_CONNECTION_CONFIG_IND although option EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING is activated

When the option EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING is used all forward open and forward close requests are forwarded to the host. The forward open request also includes the configuration assembly data (if used). Therefore, the indication EIP_OBJECT_CONNECTION_CONFIG_IND is not necessary in this case.
