[DLR] Flushing MAC address learning table not executed when ring state changes to state "Fault" (certification issue)

The flushing of the MAC address learning table is not executed when the ring state changes to state "Fault".
This incorrect behavior is related to event number 34 and 35 in the state event table 9-5.22 (CIP volume 2 Edition 1.19).
