Stack accepts network mask "0.0.0.0" when setting TCP/IP Interface object attribute 5 (Interface Configuration)

            Description

            When the TCP/IP Interface object's attribute 5 (Interface Configuration) is written e.g. with a SetAttributeSingle request service (0x10) and the netmask ist set to all zero, the stack does not reject the service.
            It rather shall return the general status code 0x09 ("Invalid attribute value").
