Connection to Port unequal 2222 not supported

EhterNet/IP Scanner use case:
If the target device returns a port that is unequal to 2222 wihtin the forward open response frame, the scanner still sends its I/O data to port 2222.
It should rather use the port the target provided in the forward open response frame.
