            Description

            • Possible crash:
              Add missing NULL pointer check for pActInstance in EipConnectionConfiguration.c
            • Stack runs out of EipTimers:
              Make sure to cleanup hRetryTimer and hRxTimer in case transport transitions to state EIP_TB_FREE.
            • In high load scenarios, ensure that an already started encap transport is not started a second time.
            • Possible crash in EipTimer Module:
              Prevent writing to NULL Pointer when removing timer from timer list.
