Ethernet Link Object (0XF6) instances 1 and 2 report 10 MBits (attribute 1) when no cable is connected

            Description

            If no cable is connected to ethernet port 1 or 2, attribute 1 of the Ethernet Link object reports speed 10MBit in attribute 1.
            The speed should be set to 0 in that case.
